I am Caitlin “Catie” Whitted, and I began creating wedding and grooms’ cakes in 2012. I knew from a young age that I loved art, creativity, and baking. With natural artistic capability and a desire to advance my skill set, I decided to attend Walters State Culinary School, where I obtained my degree in Culinary Science with a focus in Baking and Pastry. It was there that my love for creating beauty combined with my culinary talents, confirmed that my calling was to create elegant, custom wedding cakes. I have been awarded the Couples Choice award each year since joining Wedding Wire as a result of my attention to detail with every couple, on every cake. Catie Cakes is a home based business that is both licensed and insured, located in Jefferson City, TN.
